I liked all of the fun visuals on the slides, the personal stories, and the interactive questions for the folks taking the course throughout the training.

I loved all the examples and case studies; I think more exercises would be helpful but in the time we had, the exercises were still very helpful.

You (Shipley) do a fantastic job of providing resources - the tools library, these courses. You have really knowledgeable trainers who also are great communicators. You have the breadth of training venues/formats to mesh with the funding and time constraints of those you train. I cannot really think of anything to say stop doing.

I am leaving feeling confident that what I am doing with respect to GHG analysis and assessing impacts significance (meaningfulness) is complete and that I am complying with the latest NEPA and am comfortable with our current climate change approaches.

I am really enjoying the class, learning and refreshing existing knowledge on reviewing NEPA documents. Like the approach and tools. I don't always look forward to "work" but this week, has been an exception. I like the format, the hands-on exercises, and the dialogue with other participants. This is my first virtual training class, will have to take additional in this format. Saves on the logistics and cost of travel. - Manroop
Well we did a specialist report workshop and incorporated cause effect chaining. There were 12 people in attendance and everyone got something out of the workshop and indicated they were glad they spent the time. On the cause/effect chaining I am now a complete believer and love it. - Rachael
Every one of the eight people involved raved about how great the interaction was and how much better they understood the proposal, the two alternatives, and their effects on all resources.
